My review of medications found the member was taking two diuretics

(medications designed to increase the amount of water and salt expelled from
the body as urine).
The member said her doctor added one of the medications during her last
visit. She went on to say she urinated a lot and was always thirsty.
I contacted her primary care providers office and discussed my concerns with
the nurse. She indicated she would speak with the doctor and contact the
member with new orders right away.
