a. The Information Technology student who finished the required units
prerequisite to the course may enroll for OJT. b. Irregular students who are expected to graduate at the end of the Second Semester may enroll for OJT provided that he/she will have a maximum of twenty four (24) units including the nine (9) units of OJT. c. A student must meet the required minimum exposure of 486 hours. d. A student is required to submit all documents pertaining his/her application and acceptance for OJT. e. A student is required to submit his/her attendance and accomplishment form and a weekly report. f. The student will be evaluated by his/her supervisor from the company periodically. g.
