Response: Yes.

5. If it was renewed what was the process by which this occurred?

Response: Written notice was provided by Milestone

Communications of the intent to renew the agreement, which
was reviewed by PGCPS staff acting as the CEOs designee in
the Building Services Department, Department of Purchasing
and Supply Services, and the Office of General Counsel. This
process for renewal was provided in section 2.1 of the Master
Lease Agreement dated February 7, 2011.
