This is a 30 minute workout and is done with only 3 - one minute breaks.
Complete each exercise consistently for 1 minute and move directly to the
next exercise.

Complete the circuit below 3 times.

1 minute bicycle crunches
1 minute push ups
1 minute lunges with jump @ switch
1 minute burpees
1 minute plank twists
1 minute high knees
1 minute calf raises
1 minute arm dips
1 minute rest
