List the 9 Essential Skills. For each, list how we use this skill.

1. Reading read is key to follow instruction reading memos or reading something from
the costumer.

2. Document use- document use is big for finding and using information you will need.

3. Numeracy- to use numbers and think out problems. Numeracy is big for problem solving

4. Writing- writing is important to send a clear message to someone. Writing is also


important for keeping yourself organized and on track.

5. Oral communication- talking to someone is huge to say what is on your mind. Asking for
help is also a part of oral communication.

6. Working with others- the ability to coordinate and work with other is a key thing to get
stuff done.
7. Thinking- problem solving on the job is key. Problems will always pop up and you to
think it out.

8. Digital technology- keeping up with technology is key for the operate of your job

9. Continuous learning- it is important to learn every day and learn to build your
understanding.
