Press Release June 7, 2017

Victoria, TX - On June 6, 2017 at about 5:45 p.m., Deputies with the Victoria County
Sheriffs Office conducted a search warrant at a residence in the 100 Block of Mandarin
that resulted in several arrests, seized narcotics and currency.

Deputies initially arrived to serve an arrest warrant for Jeffery Garcia, 35, Victoria. When
Deputies arrived, they could smell the strong odor of marijuana coming from inside the
home.

They made contact with VCSO special crimes unit who obtained a search warrant for
the residence. During the search of the residence, deputies discovered 7 ounces of
marijuana, 46 grams of cocaine, and prescription narcotics.

After the search, the following individuals were arrested and will be charged with:

Andrew Rokobich, 33, Victoria: Possession of Marijuana <2 oz., Class B Misdemeanor

Christopher Countryman, 35, Victoria: Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty


Group 3 <28g, Class A Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana <2 oz., Class B
Misdemeanor

Jeffery Garcia, 35, Victoria: Manufacturing or Delivery of a Controlled Substance


Penalty Group 1 >=4g<200g, First Degree Felony, Manufacturing or Delivery of a
Controlled Substance Penalty Group 3 <28g, State Jail Felony, Possession of Marijuana
>4oz. <5lbs., State Jail Felony, Writ of Committal for Criminal Non-Support
