Salpicao

Ingredients:

- 250g Beef tenderloin (cubed)

Marinade:

- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

- 1 tbsp Soy sauce

- 1/2tsp Salt

- 1/4tsp Black pepper

Garnish:

- Parsley

- toasted garlic

Preparation:

- Oil on pan and heat it till smoke point.

- add the marinated tenderloin, cook it till desired doneness.

- garnish and serve with toasted baguette.
