Dear Mr. Jhonsson

I write to inform you about some unpleasant facts that happened in connection with the order
we placed at your company.
As you may know we ordered a kidney-shaped boardroom table at the price of 50 000 . It
was delivered three days ago, but it has damages in one corner due to transportation and its 3 inches
too wide to fit the room.
We realize that the raw materials are expensive and it took a lot of effort, but I hope your
company will come up with a solution for the created situation.
We look forward to your professionalism and we hope you can repair the table and return
it back to us within a week. If no than you shall make a new one until 15 June because we need it for
an important business meeting.
I will send you personally the right specs and will make sure that the freight elevator works
in the day of delivery.
We had a positive collaboration in the past and I hope we can have it from now on.
As well, we want to place another order for three boardroom tables, so we shall get to an
agreement that will satisfy both sides.
