At that time | knew she was a special player. | now coach Abbie as a member of the gir!'s-varsity soccer team and Marion Senior High School. She is never content with her skill level, and continuously challenges herself and her teammates to get better. During her freshman season she led the team in goals and was named to the all-conference team. Now that Abbie is in her sophomore season she is again leading the team in goals, and continues to push herself to be the best she can be. Her ability on the field seems to come to her instinctually, which keeps her a step ahead of her opponent. Not only is Abbie an impressive player, she is also a wonderful person, She maintains a positive attitude in the classroom as well as the field. She is a hardworking student with a great sense of humor and a heart of gold. Abbie is unbelievably thoughtful and kind to others, all while having a competitive spirit, that is unmatched. Ihave been blessed to have been given the opportunity to coach Abbie for so many years, and watch her grow as a player and as a person. | look forward to see what the future holds for her.
