    Flooring Specification

    Sequence for flooring activities as below:

    1. Cutting, filling and levelling of ground


    2. Water flooding
    3. Compacting using vibrators
    4. 10 cm thick road base
    5. Water flooding
    6. Compacting using vibrators
    7. 1000 gauge polythene sheet with 20 cm minimum overlap
    8. Mesh of 8 mm dia bars localized to 5 mtr x 5 mtr squares, divided by fixed
    flexells
    9. Expansion interconnection between meshes
    10.Fine slurry concrete with hardener for industrial use, 15 cm thick
    11.Vibration to completion using vibrators, minimum 3 nos
    12.Finishing
    13. Ponding for curing
