    Marion Specialty Glass is one of the best companies in glass goods. Any improvement
    will be made is going to help the company because each step of a very important task and
    need to be developed to the best stage.

    1- Marion Specialty Glass should get a get a higher number of unit printed.

    2- Minimize the number of changeover.

    3- Come with a new changeover operator moves.

    4- Printing machine should be changed to a new one

    5- Next operator should take care of the excess paint to be poured into

    environmental container.

    6- Setup operator bolt the new design in the try then it is ready to be printed.

    Printing has taken longer time than it deserves, so the improvements are needed.
