TJHSST Team Qualifies for National Economics Challenge Finals News Release | May 12.2017 sare Page HwYaee ‘A team of four stuenis trom Thomas Jerterson High Schoo! for Science and Technology (TJHSST) nas qualified for the national finals in the Council for Econamic Education's Econamics Challenge. The TJHSST team is one of four that will compete for the championship in the 17" annual Natlonal Economics Challenge, hosted by ‘ne Counell for Economic Education. TJHSST Is 2 Fatrax County pudlic school. Members of the TJHSST team are Frankyn Wang, Minir Patel, Jacob Ajt, and Heicneng Charles Zhao Malhaz Jibladze, who teaches Advanced Placement (AP) micro and macro economics and AP govemment, coaches the team, ‘The TJHSST team placed fist in the Adam Smith DNision (for AP, International Baccalaureate, and honors ‘iudents) n the Viginia competition, sponsored by the Virginia Council on Economic Education.
