This contract agreement made and Perjanjian kontrak ini dibuat dan
entered into this Wednesday of ditandatangani hari ini, Rabu 2
November 2, 2016, by and between PT. November 2016, oleh dan antara PT.
Aneka Jasa Grhadika (herein after Aneka Jasa Grhadika (selanjutnya
referred to as First Party) and Hubei disebut sebagai Pihak Pertama) dan
Forbon Technology Co. Ltd (herein after Hubei Forbon Technology Co. Ltd
referred to as Second Party). (selanjutnya disebut sebagai Pihak
Kedua).

First Party and Second Party, through Pihak Pertama dan Pihak Kedua, melalui
adequate and equal consultation, have pembahasan yang memadai dan

Article 2 : Pasal 2 :

Article 3 : Pasal 3 :

Article 5: Pasal 5:
In-taking/Out-going Procedure for Prosedur Pengambilan/Pengeluaran

Article 6: Pasal 6:
