    Resolved Issues: SMS Message and various character fixes in Hebrew and German language

    Not possible to use the + sign while programming an SMS phone number
    It is now possible to program the SMS phone number using the standard plus (+)
    sign in front of the number

    Combine short SMS messages into 1 SMS


    In non-Latin based languages, the character count was done erroneously thus in
    some cases creating multiple short SMS messages when only 1 should have been
    necessary.
