This decision was arrived at after close coordination with and advise from the Department of Foreign Affairs, as well as recommendation of our Philippine Overseas Labor Office in the State of Qatar. Henceforth, all qualified workers may be deployed to that Gulf State at any time, The lifting of the temporary moratorium is effective immediately and supersedes Advisory No. 01 Series of 2017, issued on 07 June 2017.
