 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

In this seven days of training I have work in PACKWELL company i.e. BHANUSHALI
PACKAGING.I have undergone training in specific topics of the particular subject, the main
focus of my project was UNDERSTANDING THE BASICS OF MANAGEMENT
SUBJECTS

The objective of my project was to study about how the theory of management was applied
by the organization and how organization can relate the real life situation or conditions with
management theory.

To study the practical exposure of management theory firstly selected the specific topic for
each subjects. An accordingly collect the needed data for my practice school
accomplishment.
