From the findings and the recommended daily levels, Wendys and Burger King were very
close based on what my calorie intake should be. Although Burger King was lower in calories
by 2, it had higher total fat, cholesterol, sodium and less dietary fiber. Out of the options
given, I would choose Wendys as the healthiest hamburger meal. The least nutritious meal on
the spreadsheet is Back Yard Burger, which had the highest total calories, total fat, sodium,
total carbs, and dietary fiber. While Back Yard Burger did have a normal level of cholesterol in
relation to the other choices and the highest amount of protein, the bad outweighed the
good.
