Ethan was able to effectively plan and teach two small group activities with students at educational risk, He approached the tasks with
Jan understanding of their prior knowledge and information about there preferred learning styles. Ethan was able to utilise the
information he had gained to engage students in tasks, after collecting the appropriate resources from arcund the school.

[Ethan actively participated in whole school activities and was able to gain a rounded understanding of the demands of being a teacher
He attended staff, collaboration and committee meetings during his two week practicum, Ethan had a positive approach when
interacting with students and cisplayed professionalism when working with other teachers and education assistants. He utilised school
resources to provide small group and whole class activities with growing confidence of behaviour management stratagies. Ethan has
made a fantastic start to his teaching career and should be proud of his effort.
