Dear Associate Member,

The deadlines for receiving Professional Review applications for the four batches are as follows:

15th January for - February/ March PR

30th April for May/ June PR
15th July for August/ September PR
31st October for November/ December PR

The dates mentioned above are only the last dates by which you need to submit your application if it
is to be considered for processing under that particular batch. However for your own benefit you are
advised to make your application as early as possible without waiting till the last date.

You are required to submit 03 sets of normal files prepared with under mentioned documents filled in
order 1-11 as shown below. One file should contain original application, original Log Book, and
Experience Report Documents, the other two to contain copies of these documents

You are required to submit hard copies of Confidential Reports which is also available on our website
for proposers to fill & send to IESL with the application (The proposers confidential reports have to be
submitted in sealed envelopes)
