chocolate cake

Ingredients

100 grams of butter


100 grams of sugar
3 eggs
100 grams of Flour YA
50 grams of Cocoa Powder
50 grams ground almonds
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup milk

Preparation

Preparation Beat the butter with the sugar until very creamy
and still beat, add the eggs one at a time.

Incorporate the flour, the cocoa without SUGAR, the almonds


and the baking poder.

Grease a 20 cm diameter removable pan, pour in this


preparation and place in the preheated oven at 180 C - 350
F for 35 or 40 minutes.

Remove the cake from the oven, demolish it and let it cool on
a rack.

Cover it with the special bath for cakes.
