Note: For former students returning to ASU from abroad and having attended a school with
all instruction in English within 6 months, no registration fee is required; however, after 6
months or longer, a student will be required to pay the enrollment fee.

REFUND POLICY

Tuition Fee Refund - A portion of the tuition fee may be refundable when a student
withdraws from the school. Written notice of withdrawal signed by parents must be
submitted to the Student Services Office in order to obtain a refund of the tuition fee. The
refund policy will be applied depending on student attendance days: The refund policy is
effective for each semester as follows:

Tuition Fee /semester/ Percentage for refund

2 weeks prior to school starts 90% of the remaining fee
Within 2 weeks of attendance 80% of the remaining fee
More than 2 weeks No refund

1. When student enrolls during middle of semester, tuition fee must be paid in full amount.
