Dear Sir,

Re: Rooms for your Bank Holiday Home at Hotel Ginger, Goa.

Kindly refer your telephonic talk of enhancing the lease rent from 1 st April 2017 instead of
1st January 2017 for the 4 rooms offered by us for your holiday home at our Hotel Ginger,
Goa. It is not as per agreed terms with you. Ginger is a chain of economy hotels managed
by Tata Group. Ours is a corporate body and we honour the agreed terms. As a good
gesture, at your request we had offered to use your employees our hotel even though the
lease agreement is expired on 31st December 2016. We have not received the lease amount
from 1st January 2017 despite the rooms are used by your employees. We demand the
enhancement from 1st January 2017. We do not accept the enhancement from 1 st April 2017.
Please enhance the lease amount from 1st January 2017 or otherwise we are not interested
to offer the rooms. Please pay the enhance lease rent as agreed by you till the day you used
the hotel rooms and kindly treat our offer letter as withdrawn.
