The corresponaing Salary Hikes takes effect from 1" Apri of tre next year. Ths is subject to change as per Company Policy, 18. Notice Period ~ ‘Your Notice Period to the company is 3 Months. In case you desire to leave the Company, you would need to serve 3 calendar months’ prior written notice to the Company. Relieving you before the said period will be atthe diseretion of the Management based on business requirements. However you would nave to ‘compensate the Company for the corresponding shortfall of your Notice Period. 48.
