I was responsible for a pool of Legacy Critical OpenVMS clusters and involved in on-

upgrades, backups and security, user support. I had also to handle second and third
line duties (25%)
I have been also acting as project manager and consultant for cluster moves, data
centre integration, security and backup strategy and call-desk implementation (new
call logging system). I have also been involved in WinNT integration with Pathworks
servers.
Team management: time scheduling of VMS administrators and Operators, tasks
follow-up and allocation.
