To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Laura Waldron and I am a 3rd grade teacher at Cedar Crest Elementary in
Greenville, Michigan. I have had the joy to work with Krystina Stump over the 2016-2017 school
year. Krystina is a wonderful person to work with. She works hard every day, is passionate
about working with all students, and is a great communicator to both students and staff.
Krystina would be a great educator to have in your building and a wonderful addition to any
team!

I have worked with Krystina in many different ways over the school year. Krystina has been a
guest teacher in my classroom, she has also worked with groups of students during our schools
intervention time. My students have always enjoyed working with Mrs. Stump. Most recently, I
worked with Krystina during our after school Math Camp program. Krystina planned and
delivered math lessons to a group of students who struggled with math. After the 10 week
math program her group of students showed growth in math and left the program more
confident about their math skills. Krystina worked very hard with her students and went above
and beyond her duties as the Math Camp Paraprofessional. I enjoyed working with her during
this time.

One of the many great qualities that Krystina possesses is the ability to always see the positive
in any situation. Many times she would stop by my classroom and share something positive that
one of my students did during their Intervention time or during Math Camp, she would also
report if my students were making good choices during lunchtime or in the hallway. Krystina
also would send encouraging emails to our staff throughout the school year. Krystina Stump has
been wonderful to work with and I know she would be a great addition to your building.
