WORK EXPERIENCE

07.2016- 03.2017 United Nations High Commissioner For Refugees, Thessaloniki

Worked as a Communication with Communities Officer, my tasks were to
coordinate CwC actors in Thessaloniki. Identify information needs and produce
information materials. Develop feedback mechanisms and ensure that the voice of
refugees is heard.

09.2015 07.2016 United Nations High Commissioner For Refugees, Samos

Worked as a Field Officer, my tasks were to coordinate with the authorities and
the humanitarian actors, chairing the coordination and the sectoral meetings.
Implementing the protection strategy and identify protection cases. Managing a
team of three assistants. Identify gaps and monitor partners.

06.2015 09.2015 Medecins Sans Frontieres, Mediterranean, Tunisia and Italy.

Worked as a Cultural Facilitator, My tasks were to participate in SAR
operations outside the Libyan coast, approach the immigrant boats, messaging,
informing and engaging with the rescued people during the whole SAR operation.

Worked as Community Relation Officer. My tasks were to identify, plan,
implement, monitor and evaluate humanitarian and development projects
in cooperation with local NGOs and community based institutions.
Disseminate the TIPH mandate and contribute to the increase of its
visibility within the local community.

Worked as Observer. My tasks were to Patrol the area of responsibility in
shifts. Writing reports on incidents observed during the patrols, especially
relating to violations of Human Rights, Humanitarian Law and the
Agreements on Hebron, harassment and unnecessary use of force,
restrictions of movements or obstruction against Palestinians and TIPH
members and which are documented with pictures or videos.

Worked as advisor. My tasks were to monitor the Norwegian media and
write political analysis about the Norwegian politics and society.
