CONSTITUTE AND Mah Tuh Ling as my true and legal ATTORNEY-IN-FACT to act and in my name
and stead and to perform the following acts:

1. To be my authorized representative in submitting the copy of my Certificate of Live Birth

to National Statistics Office for my retirement claim;

2. To sign and/or acknowledge pertinent documents in relation to the foregoing

authority;
