Development experience, along with prior experience of managing Human resources with relevant
education will make me a very competitive candidate for this position. The key strengths that I possess
for success in this position include:

I have started the Relief and Development operations of a UK based INGO in Pakistan after the
Earthquake in 2005 Oct in Pakistan, since then I have successfully designed, developed, and
executed number of major projects for the humanitarian response and development.
I have served for Muslim Aid on 6 months secondment assignment on same position of Middle East
Coordinator based in Jordan in 2014, mainly for the Syrian Refugees Relief program in Jordan,
Lebanon, Iraq and Turkey.
Prior to Development sector, I have served at various management positions, which has
strengthened my experience and exposure towards Human Resource Development at large and
learning the dynamics of organizational development by managing the key issues and challenges.
I have always delivered exceptional contributions to the organization with full commitment and
zeal with sense of ownership and dedication to my work.
I accept challenges and believe in team results to achieve the targets.
I strive for continued excellence and improvement.

With a Masters Degree and Diploma in Disaster Management, I have a full understanding of the full life
cycle of a relief and development projects.
