Job Role:
- Lead the technical oversight of implementation and training delivery to The Child Protection
project for all Structured Psychosocial Activities aspects of the project including Life Skills, 123
Move, Learning Support Services LSS, Comfort for Kids C4K, Drop-in Activities, and Parenting

Job Role:
Lead on implementing programmes in a culturally complex environment. Supporting with hiring

- Programme implementation

partners to ensure achieving all objectives, raising any potential areas of concern with the

Managing a team of almost 20 Capoeira Trainers and Assistant Trainers in Jordan and Syria by
evaluating performance, ensuring safe conduct, and highlighting potential issues to the
Programme Director. In addition to volunteers management.
- Monitoring and evaluation
Ensuring the programme team carry out all the necessary data collection, ensuring its quality
and helping to produce the relevant programme reports. Contributing to the strategic
development of monitoring and evaluation process.
- Office and financial management
Managing all aspects of office administration, bills, office items and inventories of all C4R
supplies. Supervising Project finances, making sure that all expenditure is reconciled with the
budget, highlight any areas of concerns and ensure bookkeeping is accurate and up to date.
- Training and Capacity Building
Managing and Facilitation the Asfari funded Capacity Building training for the Team in Syria,
making sure the team have all the needed skills to work with children in the conflict zone such
as: Administrative skills, M&E concepts and tools, Gender Based Violence GBV, Child
Protection, Psychological Firs Aid PFA, and many other life skills.
