Job Role:
- Lead the technical oversight of implementation and training delivery to The Child Protection
project for all Structured Psychosocial Activities aspects of the project including Life Skills, 123
Move, Learning Support Services LSS, Comfort for Kids C4K, Drop-in Activities, and Parenting
Sessions; working with Community Committees, wider community, parents, youth, etc
- Working in collaboration with the Project Support, Field Coordinators, and M&E in Azraq and
Zaatari Camps
- Assess the knowledge gaps and training needs and develop a training plan for project team
and volunteers to ensure quality project implementation of all components
- Develop and deliver tailored training and coaching based on the training needs and
performance monitoring of project team
- Develop a detailed annual work plan for all the Structured Activities of the project
- Writing monthly donor report, reports on technical training, and other reports when needed
- Lead integration of Structured Activities into CFS and AFSs in the camps
- Lead the development of community mobilization and referral plans to strengthen the link
between the MAKANI Structured Activities and the community
- Emphasize opportunities for girls and boys to equally benefit from Structured Activities in
culturally appropriate ways
- Lead the learning and best practice sharing among the project team
- Provide support for organizing visits, meetings, events, training and workshops
- Produce training reports and support overall project M&E efforts
- Monitor and support Facilitators to improve overall impact of work
- Development new and upgrading current manuals according to the project needs
- Representing the organization in different meetings and working groups with donor and partner
organizations
Job Role:
- Involved in the Organisations activities related to empowering women in the local
communities.
- Support in organising awareness campaigns and calls for womens representation in The
Parliament which was approved in 2003 and promoted 6 seats for womens representation
(Quota).
- Supported in conducting Awareness Workshops and Campaigns in sensitive womens-related
topics such as GBV, Honour Crimes, and Early Marriage.
- Managing the Micro-Credit Project funded by the Japanese Embassy to support women in
rural areas to establish a home based projects that can support them financially.
- Preparation and design of different documentations such as: the organisations annual report,
annual magazine, and slide show presentations when needed.
- Writing feasibility studies and concept notes for donors
- Managing a team of 5 staff members, maintaining HR related database.
- Translation of various types of documents.
- Organising, facilitating, and reporting on meetings and special events.
