SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, MELVINA M. BELLO SAYSON, of legal age, widow, Filipino Citizen and resident of
___________________________________, hereby NAME, APPOINT and CONSTITUTE, EDWINO
DELOS REYES BELLO, also of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Hill Top, Puruk II-B,
Lunzuran, Zamboaga City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name,
place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things, namely:

To REPRESENT us in the EXTRA-JUDICIAL PARTITION AGREEMENT as of the Heirs of Lot

No. 2062-C with an area of SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE (6,761) SQUARE
METERS, situated at Hill-Top Puruk II-B, Lunzuran, Zamboanga City;

To SIGN and EXECUTE the Partition Agreement in my behalf; and;

To DO and PERFORM any and all acts and things which may be requisite, necessary or
proper to carry out the above-purpose/s.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my attorney full powers and authority whatsoever
requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and
purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present and hereby RATIFYING and
CONFIRMING all that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue
of these presents.
