Traffic Management/Traffic Violation Management for MAPSA

The Violation Management System and Web/Mobile Application help the traffic
Enforcer to report or to add immediately the violators violation to the database in the office
(admin) and Accounting. If traffic enforcer is already registered, they can log in. Else, they have to
fill up the registration form provided by the administrator so the Administrator can add his account
based on his ID number. After registering, the Enforcer can log in to the system. Then the Enforcer
can use the app to add or report every violation in the road without going in their office. The
violator can proceed to the payment step after receiving the ticket. After paying the fee, a receipt
stating the details of the violation and the violator is provided by the Administrator.

Scope

The scope of the Violation Management System and Web/Mobile Application are:

1. The Enforcer should be able to:

Login to the software through the first page of the application.

Enter the violator information clearly.
Enter the violation details clearly.

Can send the report to the database immediately.

2. The administrator should recognize and add/update/delete the personal details.

3. The Accounting should recognize and add/update/delete the account details.

4. The violators information and violation details should be move to violators records after the
violators paid the fine.
