SAFR Clan Merge Policy

INTRO: This Policy Is Set Forth For Clans/Communities And Other Roleplay
Groups Who Wish TO Merge With SAFR To Do So In A Safe And Productive
Manner.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. Merge - Combine Or Cause To Combine To Form A Single Entity.

1.2. Outside Clan Join Form - This Is The Form That EVERY SINGLE Member Of
The Clan Wishing To Merge With SAFR MUST Fill Out In Order For Them To
Become Members Of SAFR.

2. MERGE REQUIREMENTS

2.1. The Following Requirements Must Have Been Established With The Clan
Who Wants To Merge Into SAFR.

2.2. The Clan MUST Have 10+ Members.

2.3. The Clan MUST Have A Well Established Chain Of Command.

2.4. The Clan MUST Have All Members Trained In Their Field Of Choice.

2.5. The Clan MUST SHOW The Utmost Respect To The SAFR Staff When THe
Merge Is Taking Place.

2.6. ALL Incoming Members MUST Fill Out The SAFR Outside Clan Join Form
Which Will Be Obtained When The Merge Into SAFR Is Confirmed.

3. SAFR OFFERS TO CLAN MERGING INTO SAFR

3.1. This Set Of Guidelines And Rules Will Be What SAFR WIll Offer To Clans
Who Will Be Merging Into SAFR.
3.2. Your Members Will Be Automatically Added Into The Clan Without Going
Through Our Training Course Because You Have Trained Them According
To Para 2 Requirements.

3.3. Members That Are Coming Into SAFR Will Be Added To Whichever
Department They Choose And Will Start Out At A Fair Rank i.e. Trooper
First Class.

3.4. Members Coming Into SAFR Will Be Treated With The Utmost Respect
When THe Merge Process Is Taking Place.

4. WHAT WILL HAPPEN DURING THE MERGE

4.1. All The Members That Are Wishing To Come Into SAFR Will Fill Out A
Simple Form With Their Previous Clans Division in Which THey Were In,
Name, And All Other Listed Information.
