Dear Sub Agent,

Kindly ensure that the below guidelines are complied with while
processing WUMT Transaction and also inform all your staff who attend
WU customers regarding the same. Take this mail on priority and ensure
that there is no negligence in this regard.

Mandatory Information to be filled In TRM Form for Western Union

Transaction:

1) Receiver’s Name(Full Name)

2) Complete Postal Address (with pin code)
3) Contact Number
4) Date of Birth
5) Sender’s Name
6) Sender’s City / Country
7) Amount Expected
8) MTCN (10 Digits)
9) Signature of the Customer

The above details are to be filled in by the Receiver himself.

The below details are to be filled in by the Sub Agent after cross checking
the TRM filled by the receiver.

1) Valid Photo ID of Receiver (to be mentioned in the TRM)

2) ID Number
3) Date of Issue of ID
4) Date of Expiry
The same details to be captured in the system also at the time of closing
the transaction.

Please also ensure that you have also taken a photo copy
of the Photo ID of the receiver.

We wish to inform you that as per the new Standard Operating

Procedures and RBI RULES the following points are to be taken into
consideration-

19)A Restriction on the payout in India is up to a maximum of US$

2500 per transaction.

2) A Restriction on cash payout in India is up to a maximum of

Rs.50000 per transaction. Any amount above this is to be paid
by local cheque or pay order. Proof of the cheque or pay order copy
to be attached while getting reimbursement.

3) For Foreign Nationals who produce their PASSPORT full amount

above INR 50000 can be paid in cash. In case only refugee
card is produced amount over INR 50000 need to be paid by
 account payee cheques, DD, PO, direct account transfers. For
Foreign Nationals also maximum payout in India cannot exceed
equivalent of USD 2500.

4) A Restriction of a maximum of 12 transactions p.a. to be received by

a single beneficiary.

5) All transactions are for personal use of family etc, for foreign tourists
visiting India.

6) Minors cannot be paid WU transactions as document signed by

minor is not valid in the court of law.

7) Each individual will be paid only once per day. Exceptions (like
medical) should be taken up with the concerned ROM.

8) No commercial transactions can be paid in India. Only individual to

individual is allowed. Only individual Money transfer is allowed.
Money transfer is not allowed within India. We request you to note
the above points at the time of payout and we thank for your kind
co-operation. We assure you the best of our services at all times.

NOTE: COLLEGE IDs ARE NOT ACCEPTIBLE AS PHOTO ID FOR
