Al-Ahlia for Cooperative Insurance
Al-Ahlia for Coopeartive Insurance was established by
the Royal Decree (M/60) dated 18/9/1427H as a Saudi
Joint Stock Company. Al-Ahlia is licensed to transact
General Insurance and Medical Insurance business in
accordance with the cooperative insurance concept.
This concept is based on the cooperation of the
policyholders contributing funds towards compensating
those amongst them who are faced with accidental
mishaps.

What benets provided in the Policy?


Al-Ahlia Health Care Policy has been designed in
accordance with the rules and regulations of the
Council of Cooperative Health Insurance (CCHI).

Our Healthcare policy provides the beneciaries and


their families with the following benets and services:
(1) In-patient / day care treatment
Hospital accommodation and services incl. medication.
Surgeons' and anesthetists fees.
Consultants and physicians fees.
Physiotherapy, chemotherapy and radiotherapy
charges.
(2) (subject to the deductible applicable per visit)
which includes diagnosis and treatment in
out-patient clinics including the cost of
GP/Specialists, radiology, chemotherapy, laboratory
exams and medication.
(3) Other benets inter alia
Dental.
Cost of Spectacles.
Maternity (normal delivery and antenatal care).
Caesarean delivery and miscarriage.
Vaccination as per ministry of Health Schedule.

Who is eligible for cover?


All non-Saudi workers in the non-government sector.
All persons who do not work in non-government
sector, residing in the Kingdom.
Family members who are dependents of persons
described in specic paragraphs (1) and (2) of this
Article obtaining a residence permit in the Kingdom.
All Saudis working in the corporate sector and
private institutions and individuals work contracts
concluded with them or what benet the work
and methods of installation, regardless of the form
of pay that they earn, in accordance with the
decision of the venerable ministers cabinet No.
260 dated 15/8/1423H.
Family members of the Saudi referred to in
paragraph (4).
How is Health Care Insurance arranged?
All what you have to do is to complete our Medical
Proposal Form available at any of our regional
ofces and submit the necessary documents we
require, then you will receive your policy for one
year along with the medical cards for every
beneciary once you pay the contribution due.

What will it cost?


Al-Ahlia is applying very competitive rates for various
categories VIP, A, B & C such rates vary depending on
number of persons to be insured, age, job.

such as Comprehensive & Compulsory Motor Fire,
Burglary, Property All Risks, Business Interruption,
Marine Cargo, land Transit, Engineering, Fidelity
Guarantee, Money, Liabilities, Home, Medical
Malpractice,Workmen's' Compensation,Travel Care.
