1. OBJECTIVE
Port Stockpile and Barging Management Procedure is established to:
1.1. Achieve targeted productivity/efficiency and EBITDA/Operating Profit.
1.2. To plan, organize, perform/accomplish, control the Ore at Port Stockpile and barging activity
are managed to fulfil customer requirement and comply with HSE standard.

2. SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work of this procedure is limited to the following activities:
2.1. Ore Stockpile at Port
2.2. Ore hauling to barge
2.3. Ore barging

3. DEFINITION
3.1. Production Planning and Control (PPC) A person/group of persons who responsible to
create production/operation planning and control to achieve short term and long term
operation/production efficiency and productivity and to reach target of operating profit and
EBITDA.
3.2. Operation Control A person/group who able to do internal coordination regarding
achievement of actual versus plan.
3.3. Administration/Marketing Planning and Control (MPC) A person/group of persons under the
Director of Administration who responsible for marketing planning and control to optimize
company productivity to serve customer requirement.
3.4. Barge means barge with capacity 8000 Ton.
3.5. Draft means marine draft survey carried out on receiving barge by marine surveyor who is
licensed by goverment body of Republic Indonesia to carry out draft survey in Indonesia.
3.6. Shipping schedule means schedule covering a month during the period of containing detail
receiving barge including in particular the following details: dead weight, type, capacity,
available space.
3.7. Stevedoring contract means contract between PT DIP and respect of stevedoring service.
