In order for students to be prepared educators must know what to teach and improve their methods of
teaching. The future is challenging because it is unpredictable. Todays students are going to be tomorrows
professionals and they should be ready to adapt to change. They should not be narrow minded and should
enter the professional world with practical knowledge at hand.

Since diversity is increasing the international education should focus on teaching students about cultural
differences so that they understand other people and feel at home regardless of where they are.
Educators must feel the need to commit to their students and enhance their overall student career by

Lastly such opportunities should be available for students from all socio-economic groups, demographics
and geographic. If the elite keep availing the opportunities then there will always be a divide and unity
cannot be taught, learned or formed.
