3. Visual Aids: Pictures (Dog, cat, hamster, rat, tortoise, snake)
4. Materials: A lively song (Ive got a lot of pets).
5. Age: From 3-4
6. Time: 5-10 minutes.

I. PRESENTATION STRATEGIES
- Present the pictures one by one, in order, according to the song.
- Ask some question about the pictures: What is it? Do you like the
pets? Do you have pets in your house?
- Teacher says the correct correct of the words.
- Everybody repeats them.

II. PRACTICE STRATEGIES:

CROSS THE PICTURE


a) Show the children the first picture, and teach or revise the word.
Then stick the picture low down on the board, in order.
b) Stick all the pictures on the board, in order.
c) When all of them are on the board call out one of the children and
say Edgar cross the dog, please.
d) Continue with the same way until the children cross all the pictures.

TIP TOE TO

a) Put all the pictures in specific places of the classroom (on the walls).
b) The teacher asks Im looking for a Dog, where is it? And the children
answer its there. So the teacher tip toes to the wall and point to the
picture.
c) After that the teacher calls out one of the children and says Im
looking for a hamster and the child has to tip toe to the picture.
d) Repeat the same but with another child and other pictures of the
pets.
