The R08 can be operated with two different optical devices,

a telescope and a collimator, each featuring different char-
acteristics. The telescope features x 2,4 magnification, a 9
field of view and a cross hair reticle to perform the aiming
process with highest accuracy and reliability. With the Fixation screw for table indicator
collimator the aiming process is quick and easy, when the
target is taken in sight with both eyes open. If required the
instrument and the cross hair reticle of the telescope can be
illuminated by LED or with a tritium light source.
