Assistant Director of Extension June 2016-Present
Develop, design, and implement customized initiatives for each extension effort, from the application
process through bid day.
Assess and evaluate the success of each extension effort, trends in the extension/recruitment market,
and NPC landscape, providing strategic plans and initiatives to grow the Tri Sigma brand to new
chapters, campuses, and regions.
Supervise Assistant Colonization Coordinator and provide supervisory support to Sorority Leadership
Consultants.
Lead all extension marketing efforts and branding, including the development of a new marketing
strategy, extension brand, and campus personalized materials.
Develop and implement Leadership Consultant training throughout the year and for each extension
effort.
Provide on site and virtual training to collegiate chapter supporting the extension effort and to
alumnae interested in advising and participating in recruitment efforts.
Create evaluation materials and criteria for each extension opportunity, pre-visit reports, post
extension assessment, and standardized recruitment statistic reporting.
Oversee Volunteer Extension Committee made up of Tri Sigma alumnae and council members, to

Develop training and resources for Panhellenic leaders and officers in recruitment software utilization,

Support Panhellenics campus-wide programming endeavors including but not limited to: primary

Oversee extension efforts of Delta Phi Epsilon sorority and supporting the new chapter.
Manage the Graduate Resident Advisor Program, supervising the 34 Graduate Resident Advisors
(GRAs) who live in the FSILG facilities. Responsible for the hiring, orientation, ongoing training efforts,
and cultivation of support resources for GRAs during their tenure.
Supervise two office Graduate Assistants responsible for the FSILG Awards Program and for Social
Event Management and Archive Development.
Review and re-develop the modules and training of the Sororities Training Against Risk (STAR)
program. Modules focus on mental health, sexual assault, bystander intervention, substance abuse,
and policy awareness.
Fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the Dean on Call Program and respond to campus emergencies.

Graduate Assistant for Fraternity and Sorority Life May 2014-2015
Advise Interfraternity Council as primary support to 6 IFC executive board officers. At the time,
BSUs IFC consisted of 4 established NIC member fraternities, 2 NIC colonies, and 1 local co-
educational fraternity.
Supported IFC leaders in restructuring the IFCs $5,000 annual operating budget to a line item
system, established new elections process, and built a judicial process.
Managed and executed the 2014 Primary Recruitment process for the three established NPC
Organizations and the extension of Alpha Sigma Tau sorority.
Developed a training curriculum including bias management and utilization of ICS software system
for Panhellenic Recruitment Team.
Assist with expansion efforts of Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity, and provide ongoing support to the
colony members of Pi Kappa Alpha as they prepared for the chartering petition process.
Co-Advise the Greek Activities Committee, assisting in coordination of Greek Week, Greek Games,
annual New Member Social, FSL Awards Ceremony, and other Greek-Wide events.
Generated the foundational work for a FSL wide accreditation system for reporting data to help
chapters and campus track organizational successes and areas for improvement.
Graduate Assistant for Student Government Association May 2013-2015
Co-Advise the Student Government Association, directly advising events, media, and elections
boards. Assisted students in selecting, contracting, and preparing for the SGA Lecture Series and
TEDx BSU event.

Plan and coordinate the annual campus leadership aways program The Impact Awards: soliciting

Led assessment programs to determine Title IX resource documentation, campus climate survey
formation, and a graduate assistantship/internship program at Mount Ida. Designed a summer retreat
