Madam:

This is to acknowledge your letter dated 20 April 2017 wherein you

informed me about the fact that I have not yet renewed my business
permit for the year 2017.

This is to inform you that much to my desire to renew said

business permit, I cannot do the same because my brother Cesar Aviles
requested our joint current account with RCBC Santiago City Branch
where we draw payment for business permit to be freezed.

I and my brothers Cesar and Sonny opened a current account with

RCBC Santiago City Branch under Current Account No.
00000009001396688 where all the income of our co-owned properties
would be deposited. For no valid reason whatsoever, Cesar wrote a
letter[1] to the bank requesting all withdrawals be freezed prompting my
brother Sonny to sue him in court. Until now, the bank does not honor
withdrawals from said joint account at the behest of Cesar unabling me
to pay and renew our business permit.
