annulled. Papa bear agreed to give P1M to Mama Bear in the event of annulment of their marriage. Mama Bear and
Papa Bear married but eventually their marriage was annulled. May the contract of Mama Bear and Papa Bear be
enforced?

3. Bichay sold a parcel of land to Joaquin for P1million. The sale was oral. Is the sale valid? May Joaquin compel
Bichay to execute the required public document? Explain.

4. Papa Bear and Bunny Bear entered into an absolutely simulated contract of sale of a parcel of land. S brought an
action in court to recover the land only after 20 years. Should the court dismiss the case for a lapse of a long period
of time or not? Explain.

5. Sam Pinto agreed to stay in the house of Bentong as the latters live-in partner for one year in consideration of
Bentongs promise to pay her P500,000.00 after said period. Sam Pinto complied with her part of the agreement but
Bentong did not comply with his promise. Is Sam Pinto entitled to recover from Bentong?
