AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LOADING AND UNLOADING
AREAS IN JARO DISTRICT, PARAGRAPH (A) E. LOPEZ STREET
(CITY BOUND) (i) IN REGULATION ORDINANCE NO. 2016-192

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlungsod of lloilo City passed Regulation

Ordinance No. 2016-192 wherein the loading and unloading areas in Jaro Cathedral is
amended;

WHEREAS, the Jaro Liko NFA, Jaro CPU, Jaro Ungka and Jaro Mandurriao
PUJs come up with another proposed loading and unloading areas in Jaro Cathedral.

NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City

of lloilo, in session assembled, that:

Section 1. - The new loading and unloading areas in Jaro Cathedral, E. Lopez
Street (City Bound) will be read as follows:

Jaro CPU and Jaro Ungka PUJ units

- After the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP), E. Lopez

Street (City Bound) until the post before the second gate of Jaro
Cathedral.

Jaro Liko NFA PUJ units

- After the second gate of Jaro Cathedral to comer E. Lopez - M.

Jalandoni Streets (City Bound)

Jaro Mandurriao PUJ units

- Fifteen meters away from corner E. Lopez - M. Jalandoni Street

Section 2. - A copy of the sketch of the new loading and unloading areas in Jaro
Cathedral is herein attached as an integral part of this ordinance;

Section 4. - Let a copy of this ordinance be furnished to the Transportation

Management and Traffic Regulation Office (TMTRO) and federation presidents of the
transport groups, for information and guidance;

Section 5. - This ordinance shall take effect immediately after its publication in a
newspaper of general circulation in the City of lloilo.
