EXCERPT FROM THE MINUTES OF THE 16TH REGULAR SESSION OF THE 8TH
SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF THE CITY OF ILOILO, PHILIPPINES, HELD AT
THE SESSION HALL, 6TH FLOOR NEW CITY HALL BUILDING, PLAZA LIBERTAD,
ILOILO CITY, ON TUESDAY, APRIL 25, 2017.

WHEREAS, due to the increasing workload and lack of manpower in the Human
Resource Management Office, there is a need for additional manpower to meet the
demands of their office and submit necessary reports for the interest of quality service;
"Sec, 76 - Ever LGU shall design and implement its own structure
and staffing pattern taking into consideration its service requirements and
financial capability, subject to the minimum standards and guidelines
prescribed by the Civil Service Commission."

b) The External Administrative Section shall handle the Electronic Payroll System
which is the major project of the HRMO.
Section 3. - That seven (7) new plantilla positions shall be created, as follows:
c) Two (2) Administrative Aide II (SG/2) shall be assigned to the Training Division
of the HRMO and shall handle orientation and training that will capacitate the lloilo City
Government employees on various competencies
Section 5. - The lloilo City Government shall appropriate budget for the
implementation of this ordinance;
