voluntary benefits planswith $7.5B in combined assetsin support of 45,000+ active and retired participants.

Direct the management and administration of Insurance Co.s 401(k) and pension plans with $4B and $3.5B in assets respectively.
Proactively review vendor agreements, negotiate new contracts, and monitor fees and service level agreement compliance. Guide a
team consisting of a benefits planning consultant and benefits planning senior analyst in providing the information and strategic
support needed to administer 401(k), pension, and voluntary benefits plans.

Project managed pension plan redesign to capture $34M+ savings by migrating LTD service accruals from pension to LTD
