Abstract of document:
TR 38.912 summarizes the results of the RAN Study Item "Study on New Radio (NR) Access
Technology" and it is provided to RAN #75 for 1-step-approval.

Changes since last presentation to RAN Meeting #73:

TR 38.912 is under RAN control and the last version agreed by TSG RAN #73 was the skeleton TR
v0.0.2 in RP-161598. The only change is the pCR RP-170735 approved by RAN #75 which is
filling the whole TR at once (since there were WG related TRs 38.802 in RAN1, 38.804 in RAN2,
38.801 in RAN3 and 38.803 in RAN4 which are the corresponding basis).

Outstanding Issues:
None. The TR is provided for 1-step approval together with the completion of the SI
FS_NR_newRAT.
