1. Whats your favorite sport and why?

My favorite sport is soccer because I feel relaxed. I can forget the problems
because I have a lot of fun. Its shared among friends and family, its also
a sport that can play men and women and its interesting as entertaining.

2. What do you wear to practice this sport?

It is important choose the right clothes, so that the player can expose his
physical abilities to the maximum, without putting his health at risk.
Short or long sleeved shirts should be loose and lightweight, with the
players number stamped on the back for easy recognition.
The pants to wear are short and are made of nylon or light polyester.
The footwear will always be used those known as Chimpunes, which they
are characterized by having a better stability on the grass and avoid
injuries to the ankles. Protective implements, such as shin guards and
suspenders, will also be important.

3. How often do you practice it?

I usually play soccer on weekend for one hour and on vacation twice a
week since three years ago.

4. Where do you practice it?

I play soccer on a sport court, in the Carolina Park or in the park that is
near my house and also in the yard of my house.

5. Who do you practice it with?

I play soccer in my faculty with my friends when we have free time and all
agree because our faculty has a small concrete court but I also play soccer
on my neighbors court with my cousin and my neighbors in a regulated
championship, here we play the date and hours given by the league but I
have more fun when I play with my friends in my faculty.

6. How many calories do you burn playing soccer?

I burn about 1002 calories because I play soccer twice in the week, this
allows that my body is health and that I have more skill in this sport.
Something very important to mention about the diet of footballers is that
they must follow a very strict diet, it consists of four meals.
The first is the breakfast where they feed on carbohydrates such as
cereals and bread at mid-morning plus carbohydrate because it is the
restorer of injured tissues lunch is the largest carbohydrate intake this is
rice pasta pulses and potatoes, accompanied by vegetables, yogurt and
fruits. And the snack fundamentally based on fruits milk, yogurt, nuts and
snacks although some midfielders can travel about 14 Km on average,
and burn between 1500 and 3000 calories.
