    As per your notice/letter received last August 27, 2015 with regards to the low
    Inventory. Verification and Approval of Survey (IVAS) accomplishment report as
    of July 2015, attached and tabulated herewith are the following justifications;

    DAR SURVEY Submittal for IVAS (as of July 31, 2015 Form 1 Summary)

    DENR CARP 2015 TARGET -12,708 Has. DAR CARP 2015 TARGET-14,270 Has.

    -Total SR on hand LAD Interrupted


    @ SMD, DENR -7 - 5,370 Ha. (Bohol, Cebu and Negros Or.) - 5,653 Ha.
    -Returned to DAR Pipeline last year 2014 - 4,897 Ha.
    for correction - 529 Ha. (10 %
    against target)
    -Approved SR - 2,287 Ha. (43%) New Lands (Target 2015) - 3,720 Ha.
    -On going verification
    and for approval - 2,554 Ha. (48%)
