Sir,

The receiver most respectfully submits as under:

1. That as per the Order dated 16/04/2016 the detail of the

income and expenditure needs to be submitted in the first

week of July.

2. That the accountant duly appointed for making the accounts

has since resigned on 26/06/2017, the copy of the resignation

letter is being enclosed for perusal of Honble Court.

3. That the new accountant is yet to be appointed.

4. That since the accountant has resigned thus the statement of

 account as yet has not been finalized for the submission

before the Honble Court.

5. That the appointment of a new accountant will take approx.

another 15 days, therefore it is prayed to permit the receiver

to submit the detail of the accounts by 31 st July,2017 in light

of order dated 16/04/2016.
