MOTION FOR EXECUTION

Plaintiff MONICA ANA R. AGBULOS, unto this Honorable

Court, respectfully states that:

1. On April 19, 2016 a decision was rendered by the Court,

the dispositive portion of which reads:

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Court

RENDERS judgment finding the defendant Film Armada
Inc. liable to PAY the plaintiff Monica Ana R. Agbulos,
the amount of Php 100,000.00 plus interest of 6% per
annum from the date of filing of this complaint (February
15, 2016) until fully paid. Defendant is likewise directed to
pay costs in the amount of Php2, 175.00.

2. The Decision is final, executory and unappealable under

Section 23 Re: The Rule of Procedure for Small Claims Cases (A.M.
No. 08-8-7-SC)

3. Defendant Film Armada, Inc. has not complied with the

Decision as of the filing of this Motion for Execution.
 WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed
that a writ of execution be issued to implement the Decision dated
April 19, 2016 of the Honorable Court.
