    In Our Unit we have individual patient assignment .The assigned staff has to take over all
    responsibilities of the patients.

    Assessing the patients Condition, Planning, & Implementing Patient Care Plans.

    Observing & Recording Patients vital signs ensuring that ventilator, Monitors & other
    types of medical Equipments functions properly.

    Providing, oral care / Back Care/Suctioning/Positioning/ chest physiotherapy / Catheter

    Providing advanced life support (use of defibrillator)

    Responding to life saving situation, using critical care standards & protocols for
